Project Background
A mid-sized local hospital in Lahore came to us for a full renovation of its ICU and sterile supply room. Their requirement was straightforward but non-negotiable: build a properly controlled clean environment to cut down hospital-acquired infections, and meet local health department and WHO cleanroom guidelines.
Their old facility had no structured airflow system or sterile zoning. Cross-contamination between corridors, supply rooms and patient wards was a constant risk. They also wanted a solution their in-house maintenance team could handle easily, without overly complex equipment.

Outcome
The project was completed and handed over on schedule. It passed the local health authority’s inspection on the first attempt, and has been running stably ever since.The hospital’s management told us they’ve seen a noticeable reduction in daily contamination risks, which was exactly the result they were looking for.
