Additionally, traditional civil-engineered cleanrooms feature long construction cycles, high costs and inflexible on-site modification in local UAE factories.

1. Professional ISO5 High-standard Clean System for High-purity Dietary Supplements
Adopting a standardized modular design, the clean booth supports flexible layout adjustment to fit the refined production procedures of dietary supplements in Dubai. Equipped with 10 high-performance FFU units on the ceiling, the system continuously circulates and filters indoor air to stably maintain ISO5 (Class 100) high cleanliness throughout the working area. Full-set high-brightness LED lights provide uniform and shadow-free indoor illumination. Wind speed and lighting are centrally controlled via an integrated control panel, delivering a stable, controllable and efficient clean environment for the full production process, including dust-free manufacturing, packaging and sampling of high-end dietary supplements.
2. Industrial Aluminum Frame & High-transparency Acrylic Structure
The clean booth adopts a robust 40×40 industrial aluminum alloy frame paired with 4MM thick high-transparency acrylic wall panels. The structure is stable, dust-proof, durable, and perfectly adaptable to the high-temperature and dry climate of the Middle East with no deformation or aging. With an overall dimension of 5×4 meters, it occupies compact factory space while ensuring efficient internal operation. The fully transparent design allows real-time observation of production status, presenting a neat and high-end factory appearance that meets Dubai’s premium workshop standards.
3. Advanced Clean Access System with Air Shower & Automatic Sliding Door
To meet the sterile production requirements of health supplements, a professional personnel purification air shower is equipped, with a stable wind speed of 18–22 M/S and adjustable blowing time. It effectively removes dust and particles carried by staff to reduce contamination risks from the source. The clean zone entrance adopts an electric dual-opening automatic sliding door with infrared sensor contactless induction. Featuring smooth operation and tight sealing, the door stabilizes indoor pressure, prevents external polluted air infiltration, and sustains the standard ISO5 cleanliness level consistently.
4. US-standard Sockets & Static Pass Box for UAE Local Standards
In accordance with local UAE electrical specifications, US-standard power sockets are pre-installed indoors to match the power demand of imported production equipment, enabling plug-and-play operation. A static pass box is equipped for safe and dust-free material transfer, separating personnel and material flow lines to avoid secondary pollution and fully comply with sterile production specifications for dietary supplements.
5. Pre-fabricated Modular Design for Fast On-site Installation & Overseas Delivery
